Several risk factors are described in the literature and each multivariate analysis reports different combinations. Recent paper reported that CRP > 10mg/dl, hemoglobin < 10g/dl and LDH > 590 IU/l are predictive to unresponsiveness to gammaglobulin therapy. Such determinations are of course primordial to define our therapeutic strategies.
